hello , I have a problem today in the morning I updated my hyper x cloud 3 wireless   the first update completed , but at the second update it got stuk at 23% something like that , after that I turned on my headset but it didn't connect , I even pressed the power button two times to switch to adabter , but it says adabtar not found , I even tried it on my android phone galaxy s 23 ultra and it didn't worked , when I connect the usb to the phone the sound of the phone is trying to reach to the headset but it is can't connect , , when I try to update the second update and connect it with the wire and the usb dongle  and press on update , it says please connect with the hyper x with the privided cable , the windows is making the connect sound when I plug it with the wire , is there a solution for this problem? ,
